  1. Contribute to the fulfilment of African Union Aspirations 2, 3, and 6 by promoting peace, good governance, human rights, and inclusive development through chaplaincy.
  2. Foster harmony among humanity by mediating conflict, building bridges across cultures and faiths, and advocating for justice and forgiveness.
  3. Offer spiritual, emotional, and moral support in schools, hospitals, prisons, workplaces, and communities to restore dignity and hope.
  4. Make chaplaincy education and certification affordable and available to all promoters of peace, reconciliation, and social welfare.
  5. Strengthen Christian unity, uphold sound doctrine, and defend the integrity and witness of the Church in society.
  6. Operate an Association of Chaplain Corps in Africa to monitor, evaluate, and set standards for chaplaincy practice and ethics across the continent.
  7. Equip chaplains with practical skills, ethical grounding, and cultural competence to serve effectively in diverse and high-stress environments.
  8. Collaborate with governments, faith organizations, NGOs, and academic bodies to integrate chaplaincy into national peacebuilding and social development efforts.

A Prophetic Call to Chaplaincy

The CCTSRC International Chaplaincy Corps is not merely an organization—it is a movement of spiritually mature, professionally trained, and nationally recognized chaplains serving across military, health, education, prison, corporate, and community sectors.

Through partnerships with Triumphant Christian University of America (USA) and La Plage Meta Verse, we are raising African solution-bearers who minister with excellence, rank with integrity, and serve with global impact.

Rank Structure

1. Founder & Chief Chaplain General

⭐ + Laurel Wreath

Role: Supreme head, founder, and spiritual authority globally. Sets doctrine, signs ordinations, represents at AU/UN/government level.

Qualification: Doctorate in Theology/Ministry, 15+ years leadership, internationally ordained.

2. Chief Chaplain

Role: Executive head of training and policy. Manages curriculum, accreditation, and global standards.

Qualification: Doctorate/Master’s, 10+ years leadership.

3. General Superintendent of Chaplains

Role: Manages day-to-day operations across regions. Supervises Deputy Superintendents and ensures policy implementation.

Qualification: Master’s/Doctorate, 10+ years leadership.

4. Deputy Superintendent of Chaplains

Role: Assists the General Superintendent. Oversees multiple regions, coordinates programs, acts in absence.

Qualification: Master’s, 7-10 years leadership.

5. General Chaplain

Role: Senior field leader overseeing multiple regions or large national programs. Bridges command and field operations.

Qualification: Master’s in Theology/Chaplaincy, 7-10 years experience, ordained.

6. Regional Commandant

Role: Heads chaplaincy for a zone or continent region. Supervises State Commandants and enforces standards.

Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s, 5+ years field experience.

7. State Commandant

Role: Leads chaplaincy in a state/province. Coordinates Area Commandants, deployments, outreach, government liaison.

Qualification: Bachelor’s, 3-5 years experience, crisis management and counseling training.

8. Area Commandant

Role: Supervises a cluster of districts/LGAs. Mentors Senior Chaplains, ensures reporting and record-keeping.

Qualification: Diploma, 2+ years field service.

9. Senior Chaplain

Role: Leads a chaplaincy unit in a school, hospital, prison, or workplace. Provides care, counseling, and trains junior chaplains.

Qualification: Certified Chaplain, 1-2 years experience.

10. Chaplain Captain

Role: Manages 2-5 Chaplain Officers in one institution or project. Reports to Senior Chaplain.

Qualification: Completed CCTSRC Advanced Field Training, 1 year experience.

11. Chaplain Officer

Silver Bar

Role: Provides direct spiritual support, visitation, prayer, and emergency response. Liaises with institution admin.

Qualification: Completed CCTSRC Chaplain Officer Training, Certificate in Chaplaincy/Bible School.

12. Cadet Chaplain / Trainee

Plain Epaulette

Role: In training. Field attachment and supervised duties only. Learns ethics, counseling, crisis response, protocol.

Qualification: Minimum SSCE, committed Christian, admitted to Chosen Seminary or partner school.

Structure Logic: Gold Stars = Command/Policy Ranks 1-6 | Silver Stars/Bars = Field/Operational Ranks 7-12

TIER 1: FOUNDATION & ENTRY PHASE

12. Cadet Chaplain / Trainee

Stage 1: Foundation | Plain Epaulette

Role: Starting point. Discovery, discipline, spiritual grounding.

Command Ratio: 20 Cadets per 1 Chaplain Captain

11. Certified Associate Chaplain

Stage 2: Basic Certificate | Online Only

Role: Commissioned associate, serves under supervision.

Command Ratio: 20 Associates per 1 Chaplain Captain
TIER 2: OPERATIONAL PHASE

10. Chaplain Officer

Stage 3: After Field Practicum | Silver Bar

Role: Fully operational. Pastoral duties, crisis intervention, outreach.

Command Ratio: 10 Officers per 1 Senior Chaplain

9. Chaplain Captain

Team Lead / Center Coordinator | ⭐

Role: Manages 2-5 Officers. Backbone of operational units.

Command Ratio: 5 Captains per 1 Senior Chaplain | Oversees 20 Cadets/Associates

8. Senior Chaplain

5+ Years Service | Stage 4 | ⭐

Role: Mentor to juniors. Leads units in schools, hospitals, prisons.

Command Ratio: Leads 10 Officers + 5 Captains | 2 per Area Commandant
TIER 3: COMMAND & ADMINISTRATIVE PHASE

7. Area Commandant

Oversees 1–3 LGAs | ⭐

Role: Bridge between local operations and state strategy.

Command Ratio: 4 Area Commandants per 1 State Commandant | Supported by 2 Senior Chaplains

6. State Commandant

Oversees 1 State | ⭐

Role: Coordinates resources, government liaison, drives mission.

Command Ratio: 3 State Commandants per 1 Regional Commandant

5. Regional Commandant

Oversees 3–6 States | ⭐

Role: Highest operational rank. Guardian of CCTSRC standards.

Command Ratio: Reports to General Command Structure

Role: Senior field leader overseeing multiple regions.

  2. Submit application with CV and credentials.
  3. Attend CCTSRC Chaplaincy Orientation online or in-person.
  4. Receive insignia, ID card, and letter of commission.

The application form will collect: Personal details, Academic & ministry credentials, Ministry experience, Referee contacts, Rank selection, and Statement of calling.
